Dr. Timothy Ehrlich, an experienced bariatric surgeon in Connecticut, was a contributing investigator in a study of 149 moderately obese patients that examined the safety and efficacy of the LAP-BAND® System. He performed one-fifth of all procedures conducted in the trial with good results.
In early 2005, Dr. Tim Ehrlich established the St. Vincent’s Medical Center Bariatric Surgery program in Bridgeport, CT, and has performed over 2,000 bariatric procedures.
